Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical products and strict safety regulations associated with medication handling, AmeriDrugs generally does not accept returns once a product has been shipped and delivered.
Pharmaceutical products require proper storage conditions and controlled handling. For safety and quality assurance reasons, medications that have left our controlled distribution system cannot be returned to inventory.
However, exceptions may be considered under specific circumstances, including:
• Receipt of incorrect medication or wrong product
• Receipt of damaged items during shipping
• Receipt of missing items from an order
In such situations, customers must notify our support team within a reasonable timeframe after receiving the order and provide supporting information such as order details and relevant photographs if applicable.
If the issue is verified by our team, AmeriDrugs may arrange a replacement shipment to resolve the issue. In most cases, replacement is provided instead of product return, and customers may not be required to send the product back depending on the situation.
Please note that returns requested for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect order placement, or personal preference cannot be accepted.
Refund Policy

To ensure fair handling of delivery or product-related claims, AmeriDrugs requires customers to record a clear video while opening their parcel (unboxing video) at the time of delivery.
This video serves as verification of the parcel condition and the contents received.
Customers submitting a claim for issues such as:
• Wrong medication received
• Missing items in the package
• Damaged products
• Incorrect order contents
must provide a complete unboxing video showing the unopened package and the full process of opening the parcel.
The video should clearly show:
• The sealed shipping package before opening
• The shipping label on the parcel
• The complete unboxing process without cuts or edits
• The items received inside the package
This requirement helps us investigate claims accurately and resolve issues quickly.
Please note that claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement, reshipment, or refund, as we may not be able to verify the issue.
Customers are strongly encouraged to record the unboxing video immediately upon receiving the parcel to avoid any inconvenience in case of a claim.
